The ceremony will be held outdoors at the HCP Gardens. If you have a pollen allergy, please bring allergy medication with you. 

The ceremony will start promptly at 2pm, so please aim to be there by 1:30pm.

Yes! All guests will have access to the full gardens until 5pm so please feel free to explore and take photos. There are 200-year-old bonsai trees!

Yes, there is parking available at both venues. However, the HCP Gardens has limited parking, so carpooling is recommended.

Yes! Please leave the car overnight if you’ve had too many drinks. Always best to be safe and overnight parking is permitted at the Pavillion. 

The evening will end at 11pm so we have time for tear-down by midnight. You’ll all be jetlagged, so it’ll feel like 2am (or later)!

As this is meant to be an intimate wedding of close family and friends, we are not offering plus one invitations.

Formal attire. There is no specific theme.

Please RSVP by May 24th, but as soon as possible is preferred.

We don’t have a registry and are not expecting gifts. We know you’re all coming from afar to be here with us for our special day and that’s the gift! <3

Don’t worry, it’s not all vegan. We know that what you’re really wondering is if there will be meat, and yes, there will be. :’)

The nearest airport is Victoria International Airport (YYJ).

If you’re planning to do some road-tripping while here for the wedding, it’s best to rent a car. But if you’re only staying in Victoria, the bus is great and there is also Uber.
